Triple Play Services
Our triple play services - cable TV, phone and Internet - will be offered as a bundled package at an average of 20% less than the standard prices of competitors. Customers will have the option of purchasing one or all three services from LUS Fiber, but will receive greater discounts by purchasing all three.
 
Cable TV Services
LUS Fiber cable TV programming will include local stations and locally produced programming, plus the variety of shows you expect from a cable TV provider. Customers can expect crystal-clear signals and a variety of exciting services, including Video On-Demand (VOD) and Digital Video Recording (DVR). We will offer a basic guide for expanded basic service and a customer interactive guide for digital service with special features, including favorite channels, parental controls and program start reminders.
 
Cable service will be offered as a stand-alone product or as part of a bundled package. Deeper discounts will be available when cable is purchased as part of a bundled offering that includes phone and Internet service.

Phone Services
LUS Fiber will offer crystal-clear phone service plus all of the options currently available from local providers such as call waiting and caller id features. Our network will also make it easy for us to deliver new and emerging telephone features in the future.
 
Customers can count on reliable communication service.  Phone service delivered over our fiber network system will rely on a LUS Fiber-installed battery backup in the event of electric power failure. Phone service will be available for emergency use while electric power is being restored.
 
With our fiber system, customers have the flexibility to use advanced phone products, such as an IP (Internet Protocol) phone or any existing phone.

Internet Services
Residents and businesses can look forward to expanded broadband capabilities delivered over our fiber network. Expanded bandwidth will allow customers to download large files and surf the net at breakneck speeds.

One clear advantage of the LUS Fiber system is that Internet speeds will be significantly greater than that offered by competitors.  This means that upload and download speeds are identical.  Say goodbye to waiting around while files upload.  

Customers will also be able to experience 100 Mbps peer-to-peer capabilities.  Peer to peer means LUS Fiber customers can communicate with one another at colossal-high speeds, regardless of the service level they choose.  Being in the LUS Fiber network has its advantages.
